Upon your arrival at the Shady Grove Metro Station look for the King Farm Shuttle Bus. Your destination will be 700 King Farm Blvd., One Irvington Center, Suite 400, Rockville, MD 20850. Service is available Monday through Friday. The first shuttle bus leaves Shady Grove Metro at 6:30 am and the last bus arrives at Shady Grove Metro at 7:30 pm. From Washington National Airport by Car
Exit Airport onto George Washington Memorial Parkway heading north. Bear RIGHT to continue on Parkway following signs to Dulles Airport. Exit onto I 495 (beltway) towards Maryland. Cross American Legion Bridge and pass River Road exit. Bear LEFT onto I 270 North towards Frederick. As I 270 becomes 4 lanes, stay in left 2 lanes. Just after Route 28 exit, bear RIGHT onto access lanes for Shady Grove Road exit. On Shady Grove exit, bear hard right onto Redland Blvd. Go through the first light and 700 King Farm Blvd is on your left. Approximate travel time 30-40 minutes.

From Dulles Airport
Exit Airport onto Dulles Access Road towards Washington. Exit onto I 495 (beltway) North towards Baltimore/Bethesda, MD. Cross American Legion Bridge and pass River Road exit. Bear LEFT onto I 270 North towards Frederick. As I 270 becomes 4 lanes, stay in left 2 lanes. Just after Route 28 exit, bear RIGHT onto access lanes for Shady Grove Road exit. From Baltimore/Washington International Airport
Exit Airport on I 195 West. Exit onto I 95 South towards Washington. Exit onto I 495 West (beltway) towards Silver Spring. Continue past Connecticut Avenue. Exit and bear RIGHT, following signs onto I 270 North towards Frederick. As I 270 becomes 4 lanes, stay in left 2 lanes. Just after Route 28 exit, bear RIGHT onto access lanes for Shady Grove Road exit. On Shady Grove exit, bear hard right onto Redland Blvd. Go through the first light and 700 King Farm Blvd. is on your left. Approximate travel time 30-40 minutes.

From Hagerstown/Frederick/Germantown
Follow Interstate 270 South to Shady Grove Road exit. On access lanes, move to extreme right lane. Exit onto Shady Grove Road EAST. (Turn LEFT at light.) Turn RIGHT at second light onto Gaither Road. Travel 3/4 of a mile and 700 King Farm Blvd. is on the right.

From Union Station
Take the red line train towards Shady Grove. Exit at the Shady Grove metro station. Approximate travel time 30 minutes.

By car
From the M40, come off at junction 2, then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A355 (signposted Beaconsfield) Entering Beaconsfield. At Pyebush Roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A40 (signposted Beaconsfield, Amersham). At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A40 (signposted Beaconsfield). At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the B474 (signposted Hazlemere). Turn right onto Horseshoe Crescent. As the road curves round to the right, Grosvenor House is situated on the corner.

By Public transport
Beaconsfield train station is situated in Beaconsfield New Town. Overland trains run regularly from London Marylebone, which is served by the Bakerloo tube line. From the train station, it is about a ten minute walk. Walk up the hill and turn left at the top, walking through the town centre and past a school on your left. Continue straight on, past Candlemass Lane on your left and the Film and Television School. Horseshoe Crescent is the next left. As the road curves round to the right, Grosvenor House is situated on the corner.

From London Heathrow
London Heathrow is the nearest airport to Beaconsfield. It is about a 40 minute drive. Booking with a local cab company beforehand will reduce the overall cost. Alternatively, the A40 bus goes straight through Beaconsfield, and takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
