Scott Bowen - President
D. Scott Bowen is President of Open Text's Artesia Digital Media Group. In this capacity, Scott is responsible for the overall operations of the business, as well as strategy formulation and execution. Previously, he was the Co-Founder and President of Artesia Technologies, an enterprise digital asset management software company acquired by Open Text Corporation in 2004. Earlier, Scott was the Founder and General Manager of the TEAMS software division of The Thomson Corporation, a division purchased from Thomson in a venture-backed management buyout to create Artesia Technologies in the spring of 1999. His early career was spent in the business and technology consulting arena, working primarily with financial services and content companies.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Electrical Engineering from Yale University and has completed senior executive coursework at Stanford Business School.

Michael Barros - VP, Sales
Mike Barros is the Vice President of North America Sales for the Artesia Digital Media Group. Mike joined Artesia in 2000 and immediately established key strategic relationships with partners such as Sun Microsystems, HP, Accenture, Bearing Point, and Infosys. Over the past three years, Mike has capitalized on the growth in the DAM market place by working closely with large corporations such as Procter & Gamble, Whirlpool and SAP addressing tangible marketing, brand and communications issues directly addressable by DAM. Likewise, Mike has been a leader in unlocking the value of DAM for both broadcast and broadband use cases with industry leaders such as MLB.com, Televisa and Comcast.
Mike spent eight years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago in 1997.

Damian Saccocio - VP, Marketing and Product Management
Dr. Damian Saccocio joined Artesia as Vice President, Marketing and Product Management in October 2007. Prior to joining the Artesia Digital Media Group, Damian worked for a decade at American Online in a variety of product and strategy roles. Damian is the inventor of the AOL Wallet which received a U.S. patent in 2005. Damian has bootstrapped his own start up, Digital Shoeboxes, which sought to solve consumer's personal digital media needs. He worked most recently at Hillcrest Laboratories where he led their efforts on advertising and content services.
Damian's education includes a BS in Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University, an MS in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and PhD in Management (Strategy and Technology) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Tim Griesbach - VP, Product Development
Tim Griesbach is the Vice President, Product Development for the Artesia Digital Media Group of Open Text where he is responsible for overseeing all product development and architecture for the Artesia Digital Asset Management product suite. Tim has been with Artesia for five years, joining Open Text in 2004 when Artesia was acquired by Open Text. Over his past five years Tim has held leadership and executive positions within the Artesia products group, where he has championed the migration of Artesia DAM product to the Java EE platform, led the institution of a customer funded features program, grown a globally distributed organization, led technology partnerships including Microsoft and SAP, and played a strategic role in the definition of the Artesia DAM product roadmap.
Tim's career in enterprise software began over 15 years ago and includes leading two startups and delivering pioneering work in both network management applications and the SaaS field.

Guy Hellier - VP, Global Customer Relationships
Guy Hellier is the Vice President of Global Customer Relationships in the Artesia Digital Media Group. Guy is responsible for working with customers to help develop long-term deployment roadmaps, gather key requirements for strategic Digital Asset Management use cases, and partner with customers as they grow and maintain their use of the Artesia DAM product suite. As an original member of the Artesia Digital Media Group, Guy has extensive knowledge of the products, technologies and real-world customer use cases for Digital Asset Management, and he has served in many capacities, including Product Management, Professional Services and Solution Engineering in both North America and Europe.
Guy holds a B.S. in Physics from William & Mary and an M.S. in Engineering Physics from the University of Virginia.

Mark Finch - VP, Europe
Mark Finch has pioneered in the software solutions industry for over 20 years starting in consultancy with Admiral (now LogicaCMG), moving into selling infrastructure management solutions with Computer Associates running a new business division. Informix was the introduction to providing media solutions with the last 8 years at Artesia building the European business. Mark's knowledge of the digital asset management market and digital value chain has ensured that all of his customers have obtained the right value from implementations with appropriate benefits being delivered.
Mark has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Kingston University.

David Schubmehl - VP, Search Solutions
David Schubmehl is VP, Search Solutions for the Artesia Digital Media Group of Open Text. David has been employed with Open Text since 2000 when Open Text acquired Dataware Technologies. David has extensive experience in the development, marketing and sales of information access and search software. Prior to Open Text, David was the Director of Development and Support for BRS Software Products.
David has 20+ years of experience in the software industry.

Tom Condon - VP, Solutions
Tom Condon is the Vice President of Solutions in the Artesia Digital Media Group. In this capacity, Tom is responsible for all global Support & Services functions including Professional Services, Customer Service and Learning Services. As an original member of the Artesia Digital Media Group, Tom has extensive experience in the Artesia products, the ecosystem surrounding DAM, and proven methodologies for maximizing customer's investment in DAM. He has served in many capacities, including Director level positions in Professional Services and Solution Engineering.
Tom holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Boston College.

Jon Schupp - VP, Software Services
Jon Schupp is the Vice President of Software Services for the Artesia Digital Media Group. He brings more than 10 years of media technology sales and professional services experience from his work at eMotion and Corbis Media Management. Prior to joining Open Text, Jon was the VP of Media Management Services at Corbis, with responsibilities including worldwide direct and indirect sales, strategic alliances, and platform development, as well as all aspects of client support including account management and professional services for the company's digital asset management SaaS solutions group.
Prior to the 2005 acquisition of eMotion by Corbis, Jon led the sales and client services teams at eMotion, the industry pioneer in delivering digital asset management as a hosted service. Before that, he was the Advanced Technologies Practice Manager and later VP of Sales for Thomson Consulting, an IT services firm serving the technology needs of publishers and other media companies.
Jon received his BS degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and spent seven years on active duty with the United States Army.
